Description: Issued in 1934 to the nation's various precincts and jails, this wanted poster was for the notorious criminal Albert Reilly for his work and friendship with John Dillinger and Dillinger's gang.
Pedigree: For historic items like this I'm including a certificate of authenticity as well as a pedigree of the item. This FBI wanted poster comes from the Ted Jones estate out of Oklahoma. Ted Jones was the county sheriff and founder of the Waynoka Air and Rail Museum, an avid collector, he inherited these in the early 2000s after the passing of his father.
This warrant has been inspected for age, material, and print quality, against other originals taken from the FBI's database. The material is accurate for the time matching both the size and composition. The print quality does not show excess printing indicative of photostatic copies and the writing at the top of the print was written by hand, not printed (and is consistent across all 50 posters for composition but not location or material). The stamping on the back matches the stamping used at the time as well. As always, all purchases are covered by my 150% guarantee and have a lifetime pledge of authenticity.
